   Product Description

High Purity Alumina (HPA) refers to aluminum oxide with a purity of ≥99.9% (3N, 4N, 5N). It is a premium inorganic material widely used in advanced ceramics, sapphire crystal growth, LED substrates, high-end abrasives, thermal interface materials, and electronic components.

Compared with conventional alumina, HPA offers:

  •  Extremely low impurity levels (Fe, Na, Si in ppm or ppb)

  •  Excellent sintering and high-temperature stability

  •  Superior mechanical strength, hardness, and chemical resistance

  •  Multiple forms including powders, granules, spheres, and polycrystals to suit various applications

Our HPA product line includes:

  • RB-L-1 High Purity Alumina Powder

  • RB-L-2 High Purity Alumina Granules

  • RB-L-3 High Purity Spherical Alumina

  • RB-L-4 High Purity Polycrystalline Alumina

These products are designed to meet the requirements of electronic ceramics, sapphire growth, thermal management materials, catalysts, and precision manufacturing industries.
